Blues Christmas Punch

ingredients:2 oz. Sochu (Korean white liquor)1/2 oz. Peach liquor3/4 oz. simple syrup1 oz. Acai juice or other antioxidant juice(s) (I used Pomegranate and Berry)1/4 oz. Peach White Balsamic Vinegar1/4 oz. (or to taste) of Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegarsoda water Instructions: Shake with ice. Pour into a Collins glass, and top with soda. Garnish with a lime wheel.
