Special Information re. Buying Prairie Oils & Vinegars at Other Fine Foods Shops
- Stores carrying our products does not mean our Tasting Room is moved to these locations. These retailers/restaurants are their own businesses who have decided to carry our products to sell.
- Retailers will only carry a select variety of our oils and vinegars. Our full selection is over 50+ flavours and is available in-store in Steinbach or at our online store.
- At this time, the retailers carrying our products are carrying only pre-filled bottles. Bottles cannot be brought in for return or refill. The Prairie Oils & Vinegars Refill Policy applies to the Steinbach store only. CLICK HERE to review our Refill Policy.
- Sampling or testing the flavours available at these stores will be at the discretion of the stores that carry our products.
- Our points program for bottles purchased (called Kangaroo Rewards) is exclusive to our store only (points are available on bottles purchased in-store AND on our website). Points cannot be granted or redeemed at the point of sale at any of the retailers who sell our products.
- Custom orders may be available for pickup at these stores upon request. Please check with the individual store BEFORE placing your order with us.
- Gift certificates can be redeemed in the following ways:
- In-store at our Steinbach location.
- Call and place an order by phone to have it shipped.
- Call in to activate your online discount code. Our website technology currently does not support gift cards, but your gift certificate can be applied online by requesting us to activate a unique discount code for you. The discount function will be able to apply the full amount to your order only and does not save any leftover balance remaining on your account. If you wish to only apply a portion of your gift certificate, you can do so by placing a phone order. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
