Ingredients:8 eggs8 slices of back bacon4 English muffins2 Tbsp. Butter Olive OilDill Pollen or dried DillHollandaise Sauce ingredients:3 egg yolks1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard1 Tbsp. Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegardash of Chipotle Olive Oil1/2 c. Butter Olive Oil Instructions: In a blender, combine the egg yolks, mustard, lemon balsamic and Chipotle Olive Oil. Cover and blend for about 5 seconds. Set blender on high speed and pour in the butter olive oil into the egg mixture in a thin stream. It should thicken almost immediately. Keep sauce warm until serving, by placing the container in a pan of hot tap water....

Ingredients:1 c. all-purpose flour2 eggs1/2 c. milk1/2 c. water1/4 tsp. salt2 Tbsp. Butter Olive Oil Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and Butter Olive Oil; beat until smooth. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.
