Grilled Salmon with Citrus Salsa Verde - Features our House Blend Olive Oil, Maple Balsamic and Jalapeno Lime White Balsamic. Tested in our BBQ Cooking Class, this recipe includes a versatile salsa that could be served over a variety of other grilled meats or vegetarian mains (think eggplant or portobello), or simply over a bed of spinach for a lovely summer spinach salad! But for us, the star of the show was the salmon, which grills up so quickly and easily, with those caramelized edges we all love. BBQ perfection!
