Ingredients:1 1/4 c. sugar1/2 c. Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar1/4 c. water1 - 12 oz. package fresh cranberries1 cinnamon stick1 Tbsp. thinly sliced orange peel Instructions: In large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar, and water; bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Mix in cranberries, cinnamon stick, and orange peel. Reduce heat to low, cover partially and simmer 10 min. or until cranberries burst. Remove from heat and cool completely (sauce will thicken as it cools). Discard cinnamon stick. Note: Can be made up to one week in advance. Cover and refrigerate.
Ingredients:1/4 c. Peach White Balsamic Vinegar2 Tbsp. honey1 tsp. soy sauce1/4 tsp. ginger1/4 c. Garlic Olive Oil Instructions: Works well with chicken, pork or shrimp. Marinate 4 - 12 hours. Great as a grilled or oven roasted dish.
Ingredients:1/2 c. Chipotle Olive Oil1/4 c. fresh lime juice1 Tbsp. minced garlic1 tsp. pepper2 tsp. salt Instructions: Mix well in container or in ziploc bag with up to 2 lbs. of your favorite meat or vegetables. Refrigerate and marinate for 1 - 2 hours. Grill and enjoy.

Then add the oil and lemon juice until mixture can be spooned. After grilling steak place steak on plate, spoon mixture over steak and tent with aluminum foil for 10 minutes....
Ingredients:2 c. fresh basil, packed1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese1/2 c. Basil Olive Oil3 Tbsp. walnuts3 cloves garlic (adjust to taste) Instructions: Buzz in food processor until smooth. Toss into 1 pound of your favorite cooked pasta.

Ingredients:1/2 c. Strawberry Balsamic1 Tbsp. honey1 Tbsp. lemon juice1 tsp. vanilla Instructions: Pour strawberry balsamic vinegar into a small saucepan and bring to a boil over med. heat. Simmer for 1 - 2 minutes till reduced to half. Let cool. Mix honey, lemon juice and vanilla then whisk warm strawberry balsamic vinegar into mixture. Serve over pound cake or other desserts.

Ingredients:1/2 c. shredded coconut1/4 c. red onion, diced1 tomatillo, diced1/4 c. cilantro, chopped2 Tbsp. jalapenos, seeded and minced2 Tbsp. Persian Lime Olive Oil Instructions: Mix ingredients together. Enjoy.
Ingredients:2 cloves garlic, chopped1/4 red onion, chopped1/4 c. fresh orange juice1/4 c. fresh lime juice1/4 c. Cilantro and Roasted Onion Olive Oil2 tsp. ground cumin2 tsp. dried oregano1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, choppedsea salt and pepper, to taste Instructions: Sauté garlic and onions in Cilantro and Roasted Onion Olive Oil until soft. Add orange and lime juice and simmer for 5 minutes. Season the marinade with the rest of the ingredients. Pour everything into a blender or food processor and pulse 3 times to combine. Pour into a plastic container and cool to room temperature; then cover and refrigerate.
