Spicy Bean Salsa

1 x 15oz. can black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 x 15oz. can whole kernel corn (drained)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green bell pepper
1 x 14.5oz. diced tomatoes (drained)
1 x 4oz. jalapeno peppers (optional)
2 Tbsp. House Blend Olive Oil
2 tsp. Jalapeno Lime White Balsamic
1/2 tsp. Garlic Lovers Passion Rub or Spicy Ancho Chili Saltwest Naturals Sea Salt

In a medium bowl, combine black beans, corn, onion, green bell pepper, jalapeño peppers, and tomatoes. Dress with the olive oil, balsamic, and spices. Mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour, or overnight, to develop the flavours.

Serve with taco chips, or over fish tacos!
