Agatha Peters is our in-house cook at Prairie Oils & Provisions, responsible for providing nutritious and home-style soups and salads for our customers each week. Agatha is also a whole foods coach with 30 years of experience in the kitchen, specializing in hands-on learning, menu planning, and group or one-on-one sessions. Her approachable teaching style makes her easy to understand and fun to listen to! If you need some meal ideas that easily incorporate health, Agatha has them at the ready. She is also very easy to talk to about making accommodations for many dietary needs we may have in our family and friend groups today.
