Returns
Non-Food Items - Non-food products can be returned according to Canadian regulation within 30 days of purchase, with an accompanying receipt. We reserve the right to make exceptions in the case of product having been damaged outside of our care.
Oils & Vinegars - If bottle is sealed (with our heat sealed cap non-compromised), product can be exchanged for equal or lesser value within 30 days of purchase, with accompanying receipt.
Other Food Products - If product is unopened, product can be exchanged for equal or lesser value within 30 days from purchase, with accompanying receipt.
Shipping Costs & Refunds
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned item shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
