Important Class Information

In the style of a cooking demonstration, you get to watch a Red Seal Chef prepare approximately five recipes--and then you get to taste them!

We are so pleased to have two "Prairie Chefs" committed to working with us! Chef Mel Buhay teaches our Steinbach classes, and Chef Johnathon Fedack in Winkler.

Classes do not involve hands-on cooking unless otherwise stated. So sit back and relax and let the flavours--and the knowledge on how to use them at home--come to you!

All classes start at 7:00 p.m. Cost is $25, and you receive a 20% discount on all oils and vinegars purchased that night, size 200mL and up. Due to our small space and desire to keep classes fun and personal, we only accept 12 students per class in Steinbach, 15 students in Winkler. Our summer BBQ classes are held outdoors. We request you bring a lawn chair and dress for the elements.

Classes usually sell out, so sign up soon! Payment is required to secure your spot and is accepted over the phone by credit card.
