Shipping Details
Please allow 24hours for shipping and handling (for orders placed on Saturday, add an additional 24hours). We utilize a variety of couriers to achieve the best rates for costs and efficiency, which enables us to offer a flat-rate shipping cost for customers ($15 in Manitoba; $20 throughout Canada - except territories).

Shipping Costs & Refunds
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned item shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
