1 lb bag baby potatoes
2 tsp. Lemon Olive Oil
1 tsp. Garlic Olive Oil
1 tsp. Lemon White Balsamic
1/2 tsp. Salt Cellar Lemon Dill Spice Blend
1/4 tsp. Salt Cellar Lime Pepper Spice Blend

Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil over high heat. Add potatoes and cook until potatoes are just fork-tender, but not fully cooked.
Drain potatoes, pat dry, and place on cookie sheet.
In a medium bowl, mix oils, Lemon White Balsamic, and spices. Drizzle this over the potatoes and stir to coat them evenly.
Roast in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
