1/2 small red onion, roughly chopped
2 tsp. Lavender Balsamic
1/3 c. Italian Herb Balsamic or Cilantro Garlic White Balsamic
sea salt and fresh ground pepper
1 c. Mild Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Place chopped onion into blender and blend until well pureed . Scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula, add Lavender Balsamic, Italian Herb Balsamic, honey, salt and pepper. Pulse in blender until well combined. With blender running on low, slowly add olive oil in a thin stream to ensure all is emulsified. Allow dressing to sit for at least an hour. Whisk immediately before serving.
