This Arbequina is from the MillPress family mill in Spain. It has a huge flora aroma, like smelling a big mixed bouquet of flowers and tropical fruit. Classic ripe, round fruitiness that tastes like butter, ripe apples, and dried almonds. It is also quite green and pungent with characteristics of artichoke, green apple, spicy herbs, and black pepper. It is very complex, well balanced, and of course VERY fresh.
