1 1/2 pounds top sirloin steak
1 Tbsp. Fire in the Kitchen Just Steak Spice
1/2 c. Mesquite Hickory Smoke Olive Oil
1/4 c. Chocolate Balsamic
2 garlic cloves, finely grated
freshly ground black pepper
skewers, soaked in water
Cut steak into 1" cubes and set aside. In a large bowl add oil, vinegar, garlic, pepper and steak spice. Add the steak and toss to coat in marinade. Marinate for 3 hours or overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium high heat, thread the meat onto the skewers. Grill for 8-10 minutes until the meat is done to desired liking.
