Ingredients Bottom Layer:
1/2 c. Butter Olive Oil
1/2 c. cocoa sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 3/4 c. graham wafer crumbs
1/2 c. coconut
1/3 c. walnuts, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. water
Ingredients Second Layer:
1/4 c. Butter Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Cherry Balsamic
1 tsp. Roasted Almond Oil
2 c. icing sugar
1/3 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
Ingredients Third Layer:
2 Tbsp. Butter Olive Oil
1/3 c. milk chocolate chips
Bottom Layer:
Put Butter Olive Oil and cocoa sugar in saucepan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Stir in fork beaten egg and cook until thickened slightly. Remove from heat. Stir in crumbs, coconut, walnuts, and water. Press firmly into un-greased 9X9 inch pan.
Second Layer:
Beat together Butter Olive Oil, Cherry Balsamic, Almond Oil, and icing sugar. Beat slowly at first to keep sugar from flying all over. Blot cherries with paper towel and stir in. Drop dabs here and there over first layer then spread. Let stand for 10 minutes or so. Using your hand, pat smooth.
Third Layer:
Place Butter Olive Oil into saucepan and heat. Add chocolate chips and stir to melt. Pour over top of second layer. With teaspoon, smooth over all. Work quickly so as not to bring any second layer up to top. Chill. Cuts into 36 squares.
