Director of Food Services at Steinbach Bible College and the owner of Gil's Catering, Gil Drolet serves groups of up to 1700 people - and will teach us his best tips and tricks for great BBQ!

Our menu starts with a Watermelon & Grill Cheese appetizer sponsored by Unique Brazilian Dairy* and inspired by our Watermelon & BBGrill Cheese Salad but let's just say it's more... bite size! Then we'll have our Cauliflower “Potato” Salad, a wonderfully creamy salad that is a fresh take on a classic BBQ side dish. Then the stars of the show: Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Grilled Marinated Veggies in a Lemon Herb Sauce! Followed by a dessert that is a deceptively easy showstopper: Grilled Peaches topped with Cole's Creamery Ice Cream.

Class held outside weather-permitting. Picnic table seating may be avaialble, but please bring your own lawnchairs and dress for the weather!
