Cooking Class: July 23 Summer Barbecue with Gil Drolet

Director of Food Services at Steinbach Bible College and the owner of Gil's Catering, Gil Drolet serves groups of up to 1700 people - and will teach us his best tips and tricks for great BBQ!

NOTE: Class held outside weather-permitting. Bring your own lawnchairs and dress for the weather.

In the style of a cooking demonstration, you get to watch a professional Chef (or guest chef!) prepare approximately five recipes. Sample a portion of every dish prepared, shop on a discount, then go home with all the delicious recipes.
