1 salmon filet
3 c. salad greens
2 small fresh peaches, thinly sliced
1 c. snap peas trimmed
½ c. raspberries
3 Tbsp. Bourbon Maple Balsamic
2 tsp. Cilantro & Red Onion Olive Oil
Preheat BBQ to medium high. Mix Bourbon Maple Balsamic and the Cilantro & Red Onion Olive Oil in a bowl. Rub balsamic mixture on salmon on both sides. Cook salmon on 1 side for 6-7 minutes. Flip and repeat. Enjoy.
