Ingredients:
arugula, spinach, or any salad leaves
1/2 cucumber (any veggie you prefer)
2 c. strawberries, halved
1/4 c. Romano or Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
Chocolate Balsamic (or try any berry-flavoured balsamic!)
Roasted Walnut or Roasted Almond Oil

Divide leaves between plates. Slice cucumber lengthwise, seed, and slice into half-moon shapes. Arrange cucumber and strawberries on the arugula and add walnuts. Drizzle dressing!
