Torshi comes from the Persian word "torsh," meaning "sour," and refers to a wide variety of vegetables preserved in vinegar. Two entrepreneurs who moved to Canada from Iran brought their rich tapestry of Persian culture and tradition and wanted to share their legacy of making Torshi with everyone they met. Their combined their recipe and traditional method, passed down through generations with outstanding Canadian produce and organic vinegars made from local grapes and apples.

Torshi is crafted in a certified commercial kitchen in Ottawa, using fresh vegetables sourced from Ontario farmers and packaged with materials from local suppliers.
