Based in Niagara, Canada and woman-owned and led by Lori McDonald! Here is their version of the classic red pepper jelly - and another with a Provisions twist, of course. We fell in love, not only with the simple yet stellar taste of these two varietals of pepper jelly, but also because Provisions Food Company values care and craftsmanship, meticulously considering every detail in every package. Love is in the details!

Red Pepper Jelly - Our Red Pepper Jelly perfectly balances the sweetness of ripe red peppers with the zesty heat of Scotch Bonnet Peppers. Pair with cream cheese and crackers for an easy, delicious appetizer. Serve with a full-bodied Pinot Noir.

Apricot Jalapeno Jelly - Bright, jammy heat with a subtle sweet twist, blending sun-ripened apricots with a kick of fresh jalapeño, creating a playful sweet-heat balance that adds bold flavour to burgers, grilled cheese, and charcuterie pairings.
