Filbert's Fine Foods was started in 2010 with a passion for snack-making, a refurbished coffee roaster, and making small-batch goodies by hand. Proudly made in the heart of Somerset, England, this team has gone on to win more than 55 different industry taste awards for their range of gourmet snacks, taking inspiration from flavour combinations and taste sensations from around the world.

Inspired by travel to Asia, Filbert's has created two delicious flavours of Mochi Rice Bites. Traditional mochi is a rice flour treat that is lightly sweet and chewy. These treats are a rice treat that is baked to crispy perfection and flavoured with savoury traditional Asian flavours and lightly salted.
