Morelli Tuscan Pasta specializes in a select type of pasta utilizing wheat germ, the heart of the grain itself and which contains vitamin A, vitamin D, as well as vegetable protein.

During the normal cereal grinding process, wheat germ is typically removed from the semolina in order to reduce the perishability of the product. But thanks to the craft workmanship methods used by the Morelli Pasta Factory fresh wheat germ is re-incorporated into the semolina.

Morelli Pasta Factory was founded in 1860, and is a family-run enterprise, the fifth generation of the Morelli family, siblings Lucia, Antonio and Marco, continue to run the company today preserving its traditions. It produces a vast range of specialities, using ancient craft techniques, free of both preservatives and colouring agents. The result is truly wholesome pasta, with a wonderfully rich flavour and full consistency. The pasta be found in prestigious shops both in Italy and abroad.

6 TASTES FIOCCHETTI - This pasta takes its name from its multi-coloured appearance. It is a type of Italian semolina pasta, processed with artisan methods, whose colours are obtained from natural ingredients. The different pasta colours make it ideal for producing a fun and colourful dish with a variety of flavours, even for children! 250g

LINGUINE WITH THE WHEAT GERM BLACK SQUID INK - Produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina and processed using artisan methods. The signature feature of this pasta is wheat germ and the intense black colour from cuttlefish. They’re ideal served with fish sauces. This pasta can be mixed with the Red chilli- or the Lemon and pepper Linguine, since they’ve the same cooking time (5/6 minutes), to create a more colourful and rich in flavour plate!
