NEW Green Castelvetrano Olives - Premium, bright green Italian olives from Sicily (Nocellara del Belice variety) known for their mild, buttery, and slightly sweet flavor with a crisp, meaty texture. They are popular for snacking, charcuterie boards, and pairing with mild cheeses, as they lack the intense brine and bitterness of other olive varieties.

Green Bella di Cerignola - Mild in flavour and retaining their beautiful bright green colour, this sought-after varietal of olives continues to be a customer favourite. These large and versatile gems translate well from salads to pasta and rice dishes, and more - but they shine best when consumed as a highlight on their own and are an outstanding choice to serve on a charcuterie platter.

Bareseana - Baresana olives are often grown in Puglia, Italy as a table olive. Allowed to ripen slightly, the darker colour of olive is known for its burgundy brown hue, which can even border on pink or purple. This also translates to a riper-tasting, pickled olive that is also fresh tasting with delicate meat. An excellent all-purpose choice!
