DC Sauces is a small, home-based company that makes hot sauces in small batches right in St. Adolphe, Manitoba. Dan is the founder of DC Sauces, grows his own hot peppers and garlic, and has become a hot-sauce extraordinare. From choosing seeds, planting nurturing, and growing until FINALLY harvesting the garlic and multiple varieties of peppers, he does it all! Dan combines the quality produce of his own backyard along with other ingredients into his own recipes to make the hot sauce and meat rub lines which can be found in multiple locally owned restaurants and retail locations - and now here at Prairie Oils & Provisions!
