This version of a classic "cocktail" meatball sauce is a combination of sweet, zesty, herby and just a bit tomato-y - which is why it's the perfect complement to a rich and salty meatball. Whether you make them yourself or buy frozen, this is the sauce you and your family will crave.
In a medium pot add ½ a bottle of sauce to 340g (12oz) frozen meatballs and stir to coat. Cover, bring to a low boil, reduce heat and and simmer on low for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
