2 oz. good vodka (Siku, or Iceberg are two Canadian gems)
1 oz. St. Germain "Liqueur Artisanale" (Available at select MLCC'S -ask yours to bring it in!)
3/4 oz. white cranberry juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1/4 oz. Italian Plum/Pinot Nero White Balsamic or Pomegranate Dark Balsamic
1 oz. pomegranate juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and pour into crushed candy cane rimmed martini glass (swirl rim in simple syrup to help crushed candy cane stick!) Add 1 oz. pomegranate juice to finish! (I bought a pomegranate and juiced it like a lemon. Messy but worth it!)
