Ingredients:
10 cloves garlic, smashed and finely chopped
1/3 c. Garlic Olive Oil
1 - 28 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Black Garlic Balsamic
1 lb. Fettucine noodles from Nature’s Pasta - add another garlicky note with the Roasted Garlic & Red Pepper fettucine!
2 Tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
1 c. olives, pitted & sliced
freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
In small sauce pan, heat Garlic Olive Oil and chopped garlic on VERY low heat for 20 minutes. Careful not to burn garlic, stir occasionally. Do not brown garlic. Only cook through until very soft.
In a medium sauce pan, add crushed tomatoes and slowly heat mixture to simmering. Stir garlic/oil mixture into tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add Black Garlic Balsamic and allow flavours to marry on low heat for an additional 10 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
In large serving bowl toss sauce and fettuccine together. Dress fettuccine with fresh basil, olives and parmesan cheese and enjoy with your favourite red wine!
