Thai Mango Salad

Ingredients:
2 mangos, peeled and cubed
2 c. bean sprouts
4 green onions, sliced
1 carrot, grated
½ tsp. Harissa Olive Oil
¼ tsp. Basil Olive Oil

Ingredients for Dressing:
4 Tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp. Persian Lime Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Salt Cellar Lime Fresco Salt

Wash bean sprouts, drain and put in medium size bowl. Add mangos and all remaining vegetables. Add oils and toss to coat.

In a small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and lightly toss.

Let sit for 45 minutes before serving to develop flavors.
