1/2 c. plain Greek yogurt
1/4 c. Garlic Olive Oil
1/4 c. SMAK DAB Honey Horseradish Mustard (White Wine Herb Mustard would also be great in this)
3-4 Tbsp. honey (liquified)
2 Tbsp. Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic (or lemon juice)
2 Tbsp. Barrel Aged Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp. fine sea salt
10 twists of freshly ground black pepper
In a 2-cup bowl, combine all ingredients as listed. Whisk until blended. Taste, and season with additional pepper if necessary.
This dressing is intentionally bold, but if it tastes too tart for your liking, whisk in another tablespoon of honey.
