Roasted Napa Cabbage

6 Tbsp. Garlic Olive Oil
6 c. napa cabbage, roughly shredded
1/2 red onion, diced
salt to taste
Applewood Smoked Pepper

Toss the cabbage with the red onion, oil, salt and smoked pepper. Preheat oven to 450F. Place the cabbage on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes or until the tops of the cabbage pieces are browned. Serve hot.
