4 chicken breasts, cubed
Saltwest Naturals Ancho Chili Sea Salt
Hickory Smoked Pepper
Chicken Marinade:
2/3 c. Mango White Balsamic
1/3 c. Garlic Olive Oil
1/3 c. Cilantro & Red Onion Olive Oil
Veggie Skewers:
red & green peppers, cut into pieces
mushrooms
grape tomatoes
red onion cut into cubes
Persian Lime Olive Oil
Chicken Skewers: Mix the ingredients together and toss chicken in the marinade. Marinate chicken for at least 1 hour. Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers. Sprinkle with Ancho Chili Sea Salt and Hickory Smoked Pepper. Place on BBQ and grill until done. Drizzle with Lime Olive Oil and sprinkle with a touch more Ancho Chili Sea Salt.
Veggie Skewers: Skewer the veggies and drizzle with Lime Olive Oil and sprinkle with Ancho Chili Sea Salt and Hickory Smoked Pepper. Grill on barbecue until you see grill marks. Serve with guacamole.
