Oven Roasted Vegetables with Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil

1 c. cut broccoli
1 c. cut cauliflower
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped zucchini
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. julienne red pepper
1 c. green beans
Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil
salt and pepper, to taste

Put vegetables in a bowl and drizzle with plenty of Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil. Or try adding a little Garlic Olive Oil if you like!

Pour oil tossed vegetables onto baking sheet and roast at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
