Momma K’s Apple Crisp

10-12 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
2 Tbsp. Vanilla White Balsamic
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. sea salt
Crisp Topping:
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. quick cook oats
3/4 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. Butter Olive Oil

Place cut apples into a large bowl and toss Vanilla Balsamic to coat. Sprinkle cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt over and stir. Place apple mixture in a 9 x 13 pan or 2 L baking dish. Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine Dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Add Butter Olive Oil and stir with a fork or pastry blender. Top apples with crisp topping and pat down. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
