Ingredients:
3 parts Watermelon White Balsamic or Cucumber Melon White Balsamic
3 parts water
1 part white wine vinegar
other spices as desired
Simmer on low heat then pour into jars packed with blanched veggies of choice. Can using desired method or marinade in refrigerated for 1-2 days before enjoying.
This blend is particularly good with red onions, pearl onions, mango spears, carrot sticks, cauliflower florets, beets, and more! Even works with blanched crab apples... hmmmm, yummy!
