Mango Peach Sorbet

3 c. frozen mangoes
3 c. frozen peaches
¼ c. agave nectar, honey or granulated sugar (optional)
1 c. Persian Lime Olive Oil

Put the frozen fruit in to a blender along with the sweetener of choice, if using. Blend to a puree. With the motor running, pour in the Persian Lime olive oil to somewhat emulsify and pour the entire mixture in to the bowl of your ice cream machine. If necessary, based on your ice cream maker's instructions, chill the bowl ahead of time. If your ice cream maker has a built in compressor you can skip this step. Blend for about 10-15 minutes. Chill and enjoy!

Note: You could eat this directly out of the blender but by putting it into an ice cream maker you are whipping in some air. You can also use any kind of frozen fruit and place with different citrus oils. Tastes great with some fruit flavored balsamic drizzled over top.
