Lavender Lemonade

1 c. white, granulated sugar
1 1/2 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 c. or more of cold water
2 Tbsp. Lavender Balsamic

Mix all ingredients, except ice, together until incorporated. Serve over ice with a mint leaf.

No fresh lemon juice on hand? Simply pour sparkling water into glasses and drizzle Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic and Lavender Balsamic to achieve desired flavour. Add sugar or agave nectar to taste if you prefer a sweet drink. Add ice to serve refreshingly cold. 

Add a splash of gin or vodka to create a signature cocktail!
