Ingredients:

2 lb. bag baby potatoes
1 Tbsp. Garlic Oil
1 Tbsp. Smashed Peppercorn Sea Salt
Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Boil potatoes for 5 - 7 minutes then strain in colander. In a mixing bowl add Garlic Oil and potatoes, mix to coat well. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the Smashed Peppercorn Sea Salt. Bake for 15 minutes or until tender.
