Ingredients:
1 baguette, cut into crostini-size slices
Medium EVOO (or try Butter Olive Oil) for drizzling on baguette
Chuck Hughes Antipasto (or tapenade of choice - like our recipe for Olive Tapenade)
roasted pumpkin seeds
feta
Drizzle baguette slices with EVOO and toast. Spread with antipasto or tapenade. Top with pumpkin seeds and feta.
Drizzle with more EVOO and serve immediately.
