Cinnamon Pear Pork Chop Marinade

3 Tbsp. Cinnamon Pear Balsamic 
3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. allspice
1 shallot, minced
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. crushed fennel seed
salt and pepper to taste


Combine ingredients and use to marinate pork chops for a minimum of 3 hours in the fridge.
