Chocolate Truffles

1 c. whipping cream
9 oz. chocolate, chopped into small pieces
1 Tbsp. flavored Balsamic (try Maple, Chocolate, Cinnamon Pear, Raspberry, etc.)

Bring whipping cream and balsamic to a boil while stirring constantly. Take off heat and whisk in chocolate until melted. Put into fridge to cool. Let cool for 4-6 hours and shape into balls. Roll in cocoa, coconut, nuts, sugars.
