Cannellini Bean Salad

1 15 oz. can drained white cannellini beans
1 large tomato diced very small
1/2 sweet onion diced very small
1/2 c. of chopped parsley
1/2 crumbled feta cheese
Sea salt and pepper to taste
4-5 Tbsp. Mild Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. Oregano White Balsamic


In a salad bowl combine all the ingredients above toss and serve cool.
