Blues Christmas Punch

Ingredients:
2 oz. Sochu (Korean white liquor)
1/2 oz. Peach liquor
3/4 oz. simple syrup

1 oz. Acai juice (or other berry or pomegranate juice)
1/4 oz. Peach White Balsamic
1/4 oz. (or to taste) Honey Ginger White Balsamic
soda water

Instructions:

Shake with ice. Pour into a Collins glass, and top with soda. Garnish with a lime wheel.
