Blues Christmas Punch

2 oz. Sochu (Korean white liquor)
1/2 oz. Peach liquor
3/4 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. Acai juice or other antioxidant juice(s) (I used Pomegranate and Berry)
1/4 oz. Peach White Balsamic 
1/4 oz. (or to taste) of Honey Ginger White Balsamic 
soda water


Shake with ice. Pour into a Collins glass, and top with soda. Garnish with a lime wheel.
