Cherry Balsamic Brownies

1/2 jar of Maraschino Cherries, chopped
1/4 c. Cherry Balsamic
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 c. Blood Orange Olive Oil
1 large pkg. dark chocolate chips
1 13x9 serving size of your favorite brownie mix

Make brownies according to package directions substituting the olive oil for the vegetable oil and the balsamic for the water in the directions. Mix 50 strokes and add the chocolate chips. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Note: You may also substitute dried cherries for the maraschino cherries in the recipe.
