1 lb. ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 med. white onion, diced
2 Tbsp. SMAK DAB Beer Chipotle Gourmet Mustard
3 Tbsp. Garlic or Mesquite Hickory Smoke Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. Fire in the Kitchen Burger Batter Spice Rub
2 c. crushed crackers
Mix meat and onions in medium mixing bowl. Add eggs, oil, mustard and spices. Mix again. Then add crushed crackers. Form into patties and cook until done.
Chef's Note: Sauté some red onion slices in the Mesquite Hickory Smoke Olive Oil and a hint of sea salt, to plate this perfect burger!
