Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 med. white onion, diced
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. SMAK DAB Beer Chipotle Gourmet Mustard
3 Tbsp. Garlic (or try Cold Smoked or Bacon Olive Oil)
3 Tbsp. The Salt Cellar High Steaks Spice Blend
2 c. crushed crackers
Mix meat and onions in medium mixing bowl. Add eggs, oil, mustard and spices. Mix again. Then add crushed crackers. Form into patties and cook until done.
Chef's Note: Sauté some red onion slices in the Cold Smoked Olive Oil and a hint of sea salt, to plate this perfect burger!
