BBQ'd Brie

1 small round of Brie (rind on)

1 tsp. Garlic salt
splash of Lemon White Balsamic
generous amount of bacon bits
Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

Place Brie in the marinade and cover. Let sit in the fridge for 1/2 hr. to several hours.
Grill at medium heat exactly 3 minutes on both sides. (you may use foil if you like).
This is the tricky part as you want the cheese gooey but not have the rind let go.

Place the cheese on a heavy pre-heated stoneware plate to keep it warm longer. Then drizzle the marinade over and add more bacon if you like. Drizzle Traditional Balsamic on the Brie or for company, put it on the side. serve with crackers.
