Balsamic Cream Cheese Icing

1/2 c. unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 c. cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar of choice*

Choose from these staff and customer favourites:

Coconut White Balsamic
Blueberry Balsamic
Raspberry Balsamic
Mango White Balsamic
Espresso Balsamic
or any other flavoured balsamic you enjoy!

Cream together butter and cream cheese until soft and smooth. Add powdered sugar in batches until combined and smooth. Add Balsamic, adjusting the amount up or down a little to achieve desired consistency.

Enjoy on top of cupcakes, cakes and desserts! Or add a delicious twist to cinnamon buns, muffins or scones for a decadent brunch feature. Oh my!

Chef's Note: Double the recipe for a triple layer cake.
