1½ c. milk
2 large ripe bananas (mashed (about 1 cup))
¼ c. sweetener of choice
2 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar of choice (see below)
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and puree on medium speed until completely smooth.
Divide the mixture evenly between popsicle moulds and insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze for 4 to 5 hours before serving.
Have fun and try any flavours that sound good to you! Add some other mashed fruit to change it up. Our picture suggests layering them up to create a strawberry, coconut, and chocolate banana pop (add some cocoa powder to the chocolate layer if you like!).
