1 French baguette
1 jar Birch Bacon Jam
EVOO or Butter Olive Oil
slices of brie or goat cheese, as desired
Traditional Balsamic for drizzling
Slice baguette into 1/2 to 3/4 inch slices, at an angle to make them longer. Drizzle with any EVOO, Butter Olive Oil or any favourite flavoured olive oil and lightly toast in oven until they are a bit crispy.
Remove from oven and spread 1 1/2 Tbsp. of Birch Bacon Jam onto each slice. Add a slice of Brie cheese or any other cheese you like and put them back into the oven to lightly melt the cheese.
Serve immediately. Drizzle with Traditional Balsamic if you like.
