Arugula Salad with Chocolate Orange Vinaigrette

12 oz. arugula, washed
2 Tbsp. Chocolate Balsamic
2 Tbsp. Blood Orange Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. minced shallot
1/4 c. candied pecans
sea salt and pepper, to taste

Whisk balsamic, olive oil, and honey together in a small bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and toss with dressing in a large mixing bowl. Divide and enjoy.
