November was a blur of excitement, gift packs and wonderful customers. We experienced Italy, we learnt how to say ‘Charcuterie’ (shahr-koo-tuh-ree) and brought out our beautiful Christmas gift packs at our annual event, Sneak Peek to Christmas!
The evening was filled with bubbly customers looking to get their Christmas shopping done. Everyone got to taste some delicious appetizers from the cookbooks we feature in our store, like our amazingly sweet Apple Cider (made with our Cinnamon Pear Balsamic... you have to try it!).
We partnered with our lovely next-door neighbours for this event, Pure Anada Cosmetics! And were able to feature different local small businesses such as The Clay Owl Boutique, Stella & Dot and Macaroons by Holly! We were blown away with the participation of our customers. A big thank you to everyone who came out and made it a very successful event!
And Christmas gift packs weren’t the only new items to hit the floor recently! We just put out new sea salts, as well as some delicious pesto! For all you pesto lovers out there, this is the perfect thing to grab when you’re having company to spice up your appetizers! Or if you’re like me, just put it on your pasta to add a whole new flavour!
As we dive into December and you’re crossing names off your list – don’t forget that we have many (many!) pre-made gift packs! If you’re ever in a crunch for time – or just cannot think of what to get for someone, come give us a visit! We love helping you choose the perfect gift, along with wrapping it for you! December is a very busy month for everyone, so we’d like you to know that we have extended our hours for the month! Fridays we will be open till 7, and Saturdays we will be open till 5. Dec. 25, 26, and Jan. 1, we will be closed.
